I believe wellness is about more than just physical health. True well-being comes from feeling rooted in who you are, connected to your purpose, spirit, and community, supported through life’s challenges, and empowered to care for your mind, body, and daily life in sustainable ways.

With over 20 years of experience in education, coaching, behavior support, and working alongside neurodiverse children and families, I bring a compassionate, practical, and whole-person approach to wellness coaching. My background includes supporting individuals through stress, burnout, life transitions, ADHD and executive-functioning challenges, emotional overwhelm, parenting demands, and seasons of personal growth.

At the same time, while I was helping others, my own body was struggling from years of stress, overfunctioning, emotional overload, and constantly pushing beyond my limits. Even though I exercised, loved the outdoors, stayed active, and cared about health and wellness, I was still out of balance. My nervous system was exhausted from always doing, helping, carrying, and managing.

That experience changed me. It helped me realize how deeply connected our physical health, emotional well-being, mindset, nervous system, relationships, and spiritual life truly are. Wellness is not just about eating healthy or exercising. It is about balance. It is about learning to slow down, reconnect with yourself, set healthy boundaries, manage stress, and build a life that supports your well-being rather than constantly draining it.

Rooted and Well was created from my personal journey toward finding that balance and learning to live more grounded, more connected, and more fully aligned with the life I truly wanted to live. In this short life, I believe we deserve to feel healthy, present, fulfilled, and empowered to become the best version of ourselves.

My approach combines evidence-based wellness practices with compassionate coaching, functional nutrition support, nervous system regulation, mindset work, and sustainable habit change. I empower individuals to reconnect with their values, discover their intrinsic motivation, and focus on what matters most to them. Together, we create realistic, meaningful changes that support lasting health, greater balance, and the confidence to become their best selves—without perfection, pressure, or guilt.

Whether you are navigating stress, burnout, ADHD, parenting, menopause, emotional exhaustion, life transitions, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, my goal is to help you become more rooted in what truly matters so you can live with greater balance, purpose, health, and peace.
