At Rooted & Well, teen and young adult health coaching provides a supportive space to set goals, build routines, strengthen motivation, and develop practical tools for everyday life. Coaching helps young people feel more empowered, capable, and connected to their own strengths.

Virtual coaching is available for clients throughout California and beyond. In-person coaching is available for clients in Redding, Shasta County, and nearby communities..

This coaching is for teens, young adults, adults, parents, and families who want support with executive function skills, daily routines, motivation, organization, emotional regulation, planning, and consistency.

I bring over 20 years of experience as an educator, along with ADHD and executive function training, health coaching, and a deep understanding of behavior change, motivation, learning differences, and family systems.

I understand that teens and young adults are still growing, learning, and figuring out who they are. My approach is calm, practical, strengths-based, and supportive. I meet each young person right where they are, without judgment, and help them build confidence, reduce shame, strengthen healthy routines, and develop tools that support real life.

My goal is to empower teens and young adults to understand their strengths, take meaningful steps forward, and grow into their best selves with confidence and support.
