At Rooted & Well, ADHD and executive function coaching helps you create practical systems, realistic habits, and personalized strategies that support your goals. Coaching is not about judgment, pressure, or trying harder. It is about understanding what gets in the way and building tools that help you move forward.

Virtual health coaching is available for clients throughout California and beyond. In-person coaching is available for clients in Redding, Shasta County, and nearby communities.

You receive personalized coaching sessions, practical tools, habit-building support, accountability, and simple between-session action steps.
