Initial Discovery Call

This free 30-minute call is a relaxed, supportive conversation where we get to know each other. We will discuss what support you are looking for, how coaching works, and whether Rooted and Well feels like the right fit for you.

We'll go over topics such as confidentiality, coach & client roles, and basic policies and procedures. I'll answer any questions you might have.

Foundation Session

Once we decide to work together, we will meet for a deeper 60-minute Foundation Session where we explore your story, strengths, values, challenges, and what matters most to you. Together, we will identify where you feel out of balance, where you want to grow, and what “wellness” truly looks like for your life.

Follow-Up Sessions

These supportive 30-minute sessions help you continue creating realistic, sustainable changes that support greater balance, wellness, and connection in your daily life.

Coaching is a collaborative, client-centered process focused on your needs, strengths, and values. Along the way, we may explore habits, stress patterns, mindset shifts, and routines that may be helping or keeping you stuck- while also identifying the strengths and supports that help you thrive.

Final Session

If you choose to continue your journey, we focus on building sustainable routines, maintaining balance, and creating long-term wellness strategies that support your everyday life. Some clients choose to continue coaching for additional support with other topics, accountability, and ongoing growth as they become more grounded, connected, and aligned with the life they want to live.
